Mission
Our mission is to celebrate and promote Caribbean arts and culture through vibrant events, educational programs, and community initiatives. We aim to build a strong sense of belonging and pride within the Caribbean diaspora, enhance cultural awareness among the broader public, and support economic development by empowering local businesses, entrepreneurs and artists.

FLAGSHIP EVENT:
i-LAND FEST
Our flagship event, i-Land Fest, was established in 2024 and is Vancouver Island’s first and only Caribbean Carnival — a three-day celebration of Caribbean music, dance, food, and culture that brings the warmth of the islands to Canada’s West Coast.
Launched with 10,000 attendees at its inaugural event, i-Land Fest has quickly become a signature cultural experience for Victoria. Each summer, the festival unites thousands in a joyful celebration of heritage, creativity, and community through a grand parade, live performances, authentic Caribbean cuisine, and immersive cultural showcases.
